Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Ventor AI (ventorai.com), operated by Horfay Taqnia Private Limited (CIN: U72900JK2022PTC013845). We aim to be fair and transparent in our refund practices.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time. Cancel your subscription from the Settings > Billing section in your dashboard, or by contacting us at support@ventorai.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid plan features and credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No partial refunds for unused time. If you cancel mid-cycle, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not issue refunds for the remaining days of the current billing period.
- Auto-renewal stops upon cancellation. After cancellation, your account will automatically revert to the free Starter tier at the end of the billing period.
3. Subscription Refunds
- Within 7 days of first subscription: If you are subscribing for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided you have consumed fewer than 20% of the credits allocated for that billing period.
- After 7 days: Subscription payments are non-refundable after the first 7 days. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Annual subscriptions: The 7-day refund window applies to annual subscriptions as well. After 7 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you retain access for the full year.
4. Credit Pack Refunds
- One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, as credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.
- Exception: If a technical error results in credits not being added to your account after a successful payment, contact us and we will either add the credits or issue a full refund.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
- Failed payments: If a payment is debited from your account but fails at the payment gateway level (e.g., bank debited but transaction marked as failed), the amount is typically auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription or credit pack, contact us and we will refund the duplicate amount within 5–7 business days.
6. Downgrade Policy
You may downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the price difference. Your credit balance will be adjusted to the maximum allowed for the new tier.
7. Service Disruption
In the event of extended service downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, we may offer affected users a pro-rata credit extension or refund at our discretion. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@ventorai.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The transaction ID or payment reference
- The reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
